Job Description

Our client, a biopharmaceutical company, is looking to hire a Temporary Receptionist to help welcome and give direction to guests, as well as maintain clean community areas at their office in Boston. This is a one week temporary position expected start date of September 15 and continue through September 19. Candidates must be able to work Monday-Friday 9:00am to 4:30pm EST for the duration of the assignment.

Job Duties Include:

• Greet guests as they arrive including offering food & beverage, informing contacts when guests have arrived, manage deliveries, etc.
• Assist with lunch set up the kitchen and tidy the room after lunch is completed
• Assist with tidying of conference rooms after meetings
• Work with porter on restock of snacks/beverages
• Additional duties as needed and assigned

Job Qualifications Include:

• Client-facing experience
• Friendly with a customer first mentality

Salary: $23 - $24/hr
