We’re looking for energetic, personable individuals to join our team as TikTok Live Hosts, helping to share our story, connect with our audience, and drive sales during live-stream events.

What You’ll Do

As a TikTok Live Host, you will be the face of our brand during live-stream events. You’ll entertain, educate, and engage with our online audience, bringing luxury leather products to life while fostering a strong connection with our customers. Your role will focus on creating an exciting and welcoming shopping experience that drives conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host TikTok Live Streams: Lead engaging and interactive live events, showcasing Core by Storey products to build customer interest and encourage purchases.
• Drive Sales: Use persuasive communication and product expertise to maximize sales and achieve high conversion rates.
• Create Content: Collaborate with our creative team to develop ideas for live-stream themes and promotional events.
• Build Community: Foster a fun, relatable, and interactive environment to develop relationships with our TikTok audience.
• Performance Metrics: Track and analyze live-stream performance to enhance sales and audience engagement.

Who You Are

You’re an outgoing, confident individual with a passion for connecting with people and creating memorable experiences. You love social media (especially TikTok) and thrive in front of a camera, bringing energy and excitement to everything you do.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with live hosting or sales is a plus.
• Comfort and confidence on-camera, with strong communication skills.
• Energetic personality with a natural ability to engage and entertain audiences.
• Knowledge or interest in luxury goods, fashion, or e-commerce is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Compensation & Perks:

• Hourly Rate: $35/hour base pay.
• Commission: Earn sales-based commission, with OTE of $75+ per hour.
