Primary Function

The Training Coordinator is responsible for designing, coordinating, conducting, and documenting a wide range of training activities/programs for both new hires and existing employees supporting employee development plans and career growth. The Training Coordinator will take an active role in continuous improvement and productivity initiatives in the plant. 

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in Business Management
  • 3+ years of related work experience or training
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Skilled at collaborating, influencing, and partnering with a diverse employee base. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to create and deliver presentations, provide coaching to employees, and convey feedback to various roles within the organization. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Capable of planning and oversee multiple projects. Detail-oriented.
  • An attitude of continuous improvement, focusing on individual, department, and plant wide success.
  • Highly motivated and passion for delivering highly engaging learning sessions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision/direction.
  • Must possess excellent time management skills and be able to manage priorities.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point. Good knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
  • Willing to work flexible schedule when required to support training on multiple shifts.
