We are seeking a VicePresident - Digital Marketing to join our Digital team .

As a VicePresident you will need to have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, proven leadership, and a passion for performance-driven digital strategies. This is a high-impact role that blends client strategy, team development, business growth, and operational excellence.

Main responsabilites:

• Lead multi-channel digital strategies including SEM, SEO, social media, and paid media.
• Develop and strengthen senior-level client relationships , acting as a trusted advisor.
• Oversee financial and operational execution of digital programs.
• Use dashboards, analytics, and insights to drive meaningful business decisions.
• Manage RFP processes and lead business development initiatives.
• Guide and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
• Adopt and implement cutting-edge approaches that enhance client value and revenue opportunities.

What are we looking for?

• 10+ years of experience in professional services, digital marketing, advertising, or similar fields.
• Demonstrated expertise in paid, owned, and earned media strategy and execution.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Data-driven mindset with deep knowledge of digital KPIs and analytics.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Comfortable managing complex client programs across different time zones and teams.
