We’re on the lookout for a creative and passionate Regional Visual Merchandiser to join our dynamic team and elevate the Mavi experience across our retail locations.

Your Role:

As the Regional Visual Merchandiser , you’ll play a key role in driving our brand’s aesthetic and ensuring that every store, display, and window showcases Mavi’s essence. You’ll be responsible for curating impactful and inspiring visual experiences that not only tell our denim story but also deliver on brand consistency, customer engagement, and sales success.

What You'll Do:

  • Design & Execution : Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies for multiple retail locations within your region, ensuring alignment with the seasonal campaigns, product collections, and overall brand vision.
  • In-Store Visual Excellence : Maintain visual standards, executing window displays, in-store setups, and product placement to engage customers and maximize product visibility and sales.
  • Collaborate & Train : Work closely with store managers and sales teams to deliver high-impact merchandising. Provide training to in-store teams on visual merchandising standards and techniques.
  • Brand Leadership Collaboration : Work hand-in-hand with company leadership to execute and bring to life key brand initiatives in retail settings. You’ll translate the brand’s vision into tangible, in-store experiences that align with Mavi’s strategic objectives and help push forward global campaigns.
  • Product Lifecycle Management : Oversee the product lifecycle in your region, ensuring that allocated product is processed, merchandised, replenished, and filtered as appropriate. Ensure that the right product is displayed at the right time to drive sales, and that stock is always fresh, organized, and ready for customers.
  • Team Training & Development : Empower store teams with the knowledge and skills to manage the product lifecycle effectively. Train them to process, merchandise, replenish, and filter stock to maintain store presentation and stock flow, ensuring maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Trend Spotting & Innovation : Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously seeking inspiration from fashion, design, and retail landscapes to innovate and refresh Mavi’s visual presence.
  • Performance Analysis : Analyze visual displays and store performance, adjusting layouts and strategies to improve customer experience and drive business results.
  • Travel : Travel between assigned locations within your region, ensuring that all stores uphold Mavi’s visual standards and branding.

What You Bring:

  • Experience : A minimum of 5 years in visual merchandising, ideally within fashion or retail, with experience managing multiple locations or regions.
  • Creativity & Passion : A keen eye for design, detail, and the ability to tell a compelling story through visual displays that captivate and engage.
  • Leadership : Strong communication and organizational skills to inspire and lead teams. Ability to influence others and work cross-functionally.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability : Comfort with frequent travel and the ability to adapt to different retail environments.
  • Knowledge : Proficiency in visual merchandising techniques, retail trends, and a deep understanding of how to elevate the customer experience through design.
