Job Description

The Visual Merchandising Manager will create a unique in store experience, capturing the importance of a strong branded environment to implement visual standards and commercial excellence. This role manages all strategies and initiatives for the stores whilst remaining within all budgets and driving incremental sales volume.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with merchandising and visual department to organize and oversee floor plans within the retail channel

  • Partner with merchandising team to double check SKU targets on display, capacity plans and ensuring the proper skus rotation on shelf
  • Create and distribute visual merchandising guidelines to stores
  • Maintain visual merchandising resources for store teams, ensuring consistent execution across all locations
  • Partner with merchandising team to strategize for upcoming product launches, ensuring seamless execution in store set ups
  • Continuously innovate in store merchandising solutions, driving creativity and out of the box thinking to enhance customer engagement
  • Responsible to ensure the proper brand image across all the stores at 360 level. not only for product display but also for uniforms and visual props
  • Ensure that visual displays are visually compelling, well-executed, and aligned with the brand’s image, aesthetic, and target market.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of visual merchandising execution, ensuring that displays are consistently fresh and sales-driven.
  • Conduct regular store visits and provide feedback on merchandising execution, identifying areas for improvement and offering solutions.
  • Work closely to Brand Experience Team to plan, develop and execute extraordinary shopping experiences and events.
  • Collaborate with Store Design Team for the implementation of new fixtures, displays, and store layouts to enhance the shopping experience and optimize product visibility.
  • Partner with department including planning, allocation and buying to conceptualize, organize and oversee floor plans within the retail and wholesale channels.
  • Manage visual budget and timelines for store installations and updates.
  • Work closely with the merchandising and sales teams to ensure seamless implementation of product launches and initiatives.
  • Actively participate in business meetings to monitor performance, analyze key metrics and ensure the channel consistently meets or exceeds financial goals.
  • Analyze retail performance metrics and customer feedback to continuously improve visual merchandising strategies.
  • Provide training and ongoing support for store teams to ensure consistent visual merchandising standards across all locations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies that may impact visual merchandising practices.
  • Continuously innovate in store merchandising solutions, driving creativity and out of the box thinking to enhance customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • +5 years experience in visual merchandising
  • Strong strategic planning and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting deadlines
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proven leadership ability, with experience effectively communicating across all levels of an organization, including corporate and field retail
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to always maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving employment, HR, and HR policies
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, World, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel often, both domestically and internationally
