Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Office Manager (Entry-Level)

Location: San Francisco, CA (Presidio)

Industry: Corporate Services / Events / Tech

Pay: $25-35/hour, depending on experience

Contract Length: 3 months, potential to extend or convert

Job Description:

This entry-level role supports the daily operations of a San Francisco office while providing light administrative support to an executive assistant on the leadership team. You’ll be a central part of the team’s success—keeping the office running smoothly, helping with internal events, and contributing to a warm, organized, and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked office environment
  • Coordinate with vendors and manage office supplies and deliveries
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and guests
  • Assist with new hire setup and onboarding logistics
  • Support calendar coordination, expense reports, and meeting prep for a senior executive
  • Help plan and execute internal events, offsites, and celebrations
  • Prepare conference rooms and video setups for meetings
  • Collaborate on special projects and team-wide initiatives as needed

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Friendly, approachable, and eager to contribute to a positive work culture
  • Available to work onsite Monday through Friday
