Confidential Administrative Assistant – Nonprofit Leadership Team

West Los Angeles Area (Hybrid)

Full-Time | Nonprofit | $28–$32/hr + OT + Benefits

A high-impact, nationally recognized nonprofit organization headquartered in the West Los Angeles area is seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to support its senior leadership team .

This confidential opportunity is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who excels in fast-paced environments and is passionate about supporting a mission that serves vulnerable children and families across the country.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to multiple executives, in coordination with Chief of Staff
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule internal/external meetings, and prepare materials in advance
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to track deliverables and priorities
  • Support key donor relationships and assist in preparation for high-level meetings and events
  • Run errands (using company vehicle when needed), and assist with special projects, events, and logistics

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3–5 years of executive or administrative support experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced, professional environment supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Discreet and professional with experience interacting with high-level contacts
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Aligned with the mission and values of the nonprofit sector
