Our a leading digital and marketing technology agency is in need of an Account/Client Service Manager to join their growing agency team. Our client's agency encompass all aspects of research and strategy development to marketing and technology execution with a customer and client centric focus and collaboration.

• Client is based in Somerville, NJ, Remote With Visits To The Office Required
• A background in pharma advertising/marketing agencies as an Account Management, Client Services is required.
• Annual Salary: $110,000

What You Will Be Contributing:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned pharmaceutical clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Understand client business objectives, challenges, and regulatory constraints, ensuring strategies align with their needs.
• Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, social, print, and event channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, analytics, and media) to deliver high-quality, on-time deliverables.
• Work with clients and internal strategists to develop integrated marketing plans that leverage omni-channel approaches.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and an advocate for their needs within the agency.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

What You Need To Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Account Management or Client Services experience, preferably in a marketing agency or pharma related environment.
• Proven expertise in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, print).
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and project management software.
