A prominent defense firm seeks an Associate Attorney for their expanding federal Workers' Compensation Defense practice. Ideal candidate will have 1- 3 years of litigation experience either Plaintiffs' or Defense side. Prior experience taking or assisting with depositions, court appearances, discovery, trial prep, analyzing medical records desired. Insurance defense or related industry experience helpful but not required.
