Job Title: Business Analyst with Salesforce CRM

Location: New Brunswick, New Jersey NJ (Hybrid model)

Work hours : EST time zone

• Need Candidates from Pharma Domain/Health Insurance Only

*****GxP, FDA regulations and GDPR - Experience Mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Requirements Gathering. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for key applications
• Work with the development team to design and develop solutions that meet business requirements
• Collaborate with the testing team to develop and execute test plans. Identify and report defects and issues
• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process changes
• Should be able to work with tools like JIRA, ALM, Sharepoint, Confluence, ServiceNow ..etc on operations, application releases and projects
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, such as GxP, FDA regulations, GDPR ..etc as applicable.
• Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Experience on salesforce application projects
