Job Description:
Duties:
* The Business Systems Analyst II (BSA) is responsible for assisting with the technical execution of one to many projects and tasks.
* In addition to coordination and oversight of technical tasks during the execution phase MRO project, the Business Systems Analyst II (BSA) will be responsible for gathering and documenting customer requirements by interviewing and understanding customer needs.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding aviation and its terminology in order to be knowledgeable enough to know when to raise questions in order to correctly drive the project execution tasks to completion.
* The candidate will need to be bright, imaginative, and a capable technologist with strong communication skills, specifically seeking an environment where they will impact the direction of the project, and be a key contributor to overall success.
* The pace is exceptionally fast at Client, and our dynamic environment will see many new projects in the coming year.
* The Business Systems Analyst II (BSA) will need to be agile and flexible, as changes will be certain and frequent.
Skills:
Preferred:
*Ability to analyze business systems and/or business processes to identify user needs, document requirements, and address process improvements
*Strong knowledge of requirements documentation tools such as Visio, Word, Excel, Jira, etc *Experience with data mapping and documentation of system integration touchpoints necessary for implementation
*Strong knowledge of project planning and execution, using tools such as MS Project *Understanding of analysis and software development lifecycle methodologies
*Strong presentation, facilitation, collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills
*Experience with MRO software Veryon Tracking+ highly desired
*Ability to review large amounts of data to ensure consistency within
* Aviation background preferably in an MRO environment
Education:
*Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 3 or more years of relevant experience
*Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
*Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
