Position Overview:

As a CAD Drafter/Detailer , you will be responsible for gathering drawings and specifications, calculating material and equipment requirements, and setting up production methods. You will work with cutting-edge software to create 3D models from scratch, update existing models, and make design changes based on customer preferences. This position requires someone with strong CAD and Revit skills, along with experience in the mechanical and plumbing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze drawings and specifications to determine material and equipment needs.
• Create and update 3D models of mechanical HVAC/plumbing systems using AutoCAD and Revit .
• Design new products and create standard models.
• Edit models based on customer feedback, ensuring correct dimensions and material specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure designs meet project requirements.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience with AutoCAD and Revit .
• Experience with Pipefitter software is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a drafter for mechanical HVAC or plumbing applications is required .
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
