Available Shifts - Choose What Works for You:

• 1st Shift: Sunday-Tuesday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM / Wednesday, 6:00 AM-12:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Sunday-Wednesday, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM / Thursday, 12:00 AM-6:00 AM
• 3rd Shift: Wednesday, 12:00 PM-6:00 PM / Thursday-Saturday, 6:00 AM-6:00 PM
• 4th Shift: Wednesday (starting Thursday), 12:00 AM-6:00 AM / Thursday-Saturday, 6:00 PM-6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Coating Machinery - Set up and run machines (including silicone coaters) to apply coatings to flat films.
• Ensure Product Quality - Monitor film thickness, coating consistency, and make real-time adjustments.
• Manage Materials - Weigh, load, and feed materials accurately into machinery.
• Support Production - Oversee pumps and auxiliary systems for uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain Equipment - Perform regular cleaning and routine maintenance on machines and components.
• Document Processes - Record machine settings, outputs, and any malfunctions.
• Collaborate with QA - Partner with the Quality Assurance team on material and product testing.
• Prioritize Safety - Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating coating or similar industrial machinery preferred
• Strong attention to detail and equipment monitoring skills
• Physically capable of lifting materials and standing for extended periods
• Team-oriented with solid communication and reliability
