Compensation Manager- Onsite

This Is What You’ll Do:

  • Compensation Strategy & Design:
  • Develop and maintain compensation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Create and implement competitive salary structures and incentive programs.
  • Market Analysis & Benchmarking:
  • Conduct market analyses to compare compensation packages with industry trends.
  • Evaluate job market trends and adjust compensation policies accordingly.
  • Job Evaluation & Grading:
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions and classification systems.
  • Conduct job evaluations to establish salary ranges and ensure internal equity.
  • Compliance & Governance:
  • Ensure compensation programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Stay updated with compensation-related laws and best practices.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, and senior leadership to design and execute compensation plans.
  • Advise leadership on compensation-related matters, including salary adjustments and promotions.
  • Data Management & Analysis:
  • Manage compensation data and provide detailed reports to support decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze trends to continuously improve compensation programs.
  • Communication & Training:
  • Educate managers and employees about the organization’s compensation philosophy and programs.
  • Provide guidance on salary negotiations, adjustments, and employee queries.

This Is What It Takes:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree or certification (e.g., CCP) preferred.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in compensation management, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
  • Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
  • Key Competencies: Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
