W2 Contract

Hybrid to Deerfield, IL

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle for key and complex accounts, from negotiation through execution, ensuring alignment with pricing guidelines and compliance standards.
• Conduct in-depth pricing, compliance, and incentive analysis on proposed and active agreements; maintain accurate in-system setup and documentation.
• Lead and support product launch readiness, market price adjustments, and contract expiration/renewal activities in collaboration with the Contracts Manager.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs); coordinate and deliver training for new and existing team members.
• Utilize Tableau and Excel to design and deliver dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses that support decision-making across Commercial Operations and Sales teams.
• Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to enhance reporting systems and tools for business trend analysis.
• Present profit analysis, pricing strategies, and contract performance insights to internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Serve as a dedicated partner to Sales Management, contributing to customer strategy development and tactical planning.
• Support socialization of best practices and process improvements that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role within commercial operations, pricing, or contract management.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Excel, Access, and other database reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, drive process improvements, and collaborate across teams.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
