We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in delivering a professional, supportive, and solution-focused experience. Your dedication to outstanding service will help build strong relationships and contribute to the ongoing success of our organization.
Client Support: Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with prompt, courteous, and professional communication.
Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
Documentation: Accurately document all client interactions, including issues, outcomes, and feedback.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—such as sales and technical support—to ensure effective solutions and enhance the overall client experience.
Feedback Collection: Gather and communicate client feedback to help identify areas for service improvement and escalate issues when needed.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and consistent support.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Previous experience in a client service or support role is preferred but not required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client service or CRM tools
