The Role
We’re looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative to be a welcoming, supportive point of contact for our patients, families, and community partners. In this role, you’ll handle inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction reflects Mercy’s mission of compassionate care.
This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from home while making a meaningful impact.
