Customer Support Specialist - Temp to Hire!

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for keeping things moving, interfacing with customers and vendors, prepping quotes, coordinating schedules, and making sure projects get done smoothly. You'll work closely with drivers, project managers, and field crews to ensure everything is in place, on time, and on point.

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of professional experience in a business or customer-facing role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Great attention to detail and follow-through
• Confidence using technology and navigating multiple systems at once
• A curious mindset, you're the kind of person who looks things up and figures them out
• Bonus: college degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or logistics
