The Director, Benefits and Well-being is a key member of the Total Rewards leadership team reporting to the Vice President, Total Rewards. This position will be responsible for directing a team in managing the strategy, plan design, communications, and administration of benefits for all active employees and retirees in North America. This role provides operational and strategic leadership to ensure our benefits package remains market-competitive and meets the needs of our employees and their families. An individual should display a passion for delivering innovative and sustainable benefit solutions that drive a positive employee experience, foster diversity, and deliver on business objectives.
This position is onsite 2-3x per week in Malvern, PA. Requires up to 25% travel.
