Executive Assistant to the President wanted for a global insurance firm in Midtown. The EA will coordinate and manage executive scheduling, prepare and organize important internal and external materials and plans, and support board meetings and the preparation of board materials and assist with some light office management duties. This role serves as the eyes and ears for the President, overseeing projects, and critical business information, ensuring meetings and materials are efficient and effective.
The ideal candidate will have exemplary time management skills, and the ability to anticipate needs. The role must interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals.
We are seeking candidates with 3-5+ years of senior EA experience, a bachelor’s degree is preferred and experience in insurance preferred, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PP, and strong interpersonal skills are a must. The company offers a hybrid work model, 3 in office and 2 WFH, flexibility a must.
