My client is HIRING for a hands-on Facilities Manager to oversee operations at our Yuba City property. This role is responsible for managing maintenance staff, coordinating vendor services, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You’ll lead preventative maintenance programs, capital projects, and support leasing and marketing events—all with the goal of improving property performance and NOI.
