## This is a hybrid role and requires you to be in the Ft Lauderdale office 2-3 days a week. We are not open to relo at this time.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with unique skills specializing in apparel and product development of creative and trendy merchandise to present to clients.

Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Vector Illustration and Logo Design: Ability to produce or re-create illustrations, logos, and other vector-based artwork as per project needs, maintaining high accuracy and quality

• Brand Guidelines and Creative Standards Application: Applies brand standards and guidelines to creative projects, ensuring consistency and innovation in typography, photography, color usage, and overall design. Focused on achieving marketing objectives

• Conceptualization and Design Process Management: Proficient in conceptualizing and designing projects from initial idea to final production, managing timelines and resources effectively

• Attention to Detail: Exhibits exceptional attention to detail, double-checking all work to ensure excellence and accuracy

• Merchandise Design: Creative ability to design unique, on-brand merchandise tailored to the diverse needs of clients

• Apparel Design: Demonstrates expertise in designing on-brand apparel that aligns with client objectives, considering market trends, brand guidelines, and the functional requirements of the products. Ability to conceptualize, illustrate, and finalize designs for production while ensuring quality and client satisfaction

• Packaging Design: Skilled in creating visually compelling and structurally sound packaging designs. Capable of balancing aesthetics with functionality while adhering to brand standards and production constraints. Expertise includes conceptualizing, designing, and overseeing the packaging production process from start to finish

• Presentation and Book Creation: Proficient in using Adobe InDesign to create polished presentations and professionally formatted books. This includes creating layouts, integrating graphics, and ensuring consistency in typography and design. Skilled in preparing files for digital or print distribution

• Art Creation for Presentations: Ability to create custom artwork for client presentations with or without detailed briefs, delivering visually appealing and on-strategy content

• Time Management and Organizational Skills: Manages competing demands effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment

• Foundational Design Knowledge: Deep understanding of color theory, typography, page layout, and overall design principles to create visually cohesive and impactful designs

• Flexibility in Processes: Adapts to changing project requirements, implementing the best systems for seamless project completion

• Deadline Management: Thrives under pressure, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality or creativity

• Digital Illustration and Rendering: Strong skills in digital illustration and rendering are an added advantage, enhancing the creative team's capabilities

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• 3+ years of experience preferred with merchandise and apparel design
• Proficiency with the following: Mac OS X, Windows 10, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator), Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
• Social Media skills a plus
• Aptitude to think out-of-the-box and multi-task projects
• Ability to work in a team Player environment
• Goal oriented with superior work ethic and effective time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to changes and consistently balance competing demands
• Ability to commute to the Fort Lauderdale office several days per week
