• Contract Duration: 12-months
• Worksite Location: St. Paul, MN
• Compensation: $25-28/hr

What you’ll do as the HR Coordinator:

• Plan and support event logistics for in-person learning events, including venue selection, catering, and equipment setup.
• Plan and support virtual events using various online platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, External Supplier).
• Develop and manage event timelines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for Learning and Leadership Development initiatives.
• Provide on-site support for in-person learning events to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate technical support for virtual learning events, including setup, testing, and live troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with speakers, facilitators, and participants to ensure successful event delivery.
• Track and report on attendance, participation, and feedback for learning events.
• Support invoice submissions for purchases from external learning and development suppliers.
• Ensure accurate completion of external supplier paperwork and maintain organized records.
• Coordinate with procurement and IT teams for external supplier onboarding and compliance.

What you’ll bring to the HR Coordinator role:

• Expertise in project management and event management with the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts.
• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of learning and development program management.
• Experience with catering, logistics, invoice handling, and technical support.
• Proficiency in documentation and maintaining organized records.
• Background in human resources, operations, or a related field.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (preferred).
