Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based out of Houston, TX, with mostly remote work. Also have a long-term opportunity for 15 months that will be the biggest and most unique Hydro demolition project North America has ever seen. As a Hydro demolition Operator, you will operate and maintain hydro demolition equipment to assist with a variety of concrete removal projects. Responsibilities include preparing the job site, monitoring equipment, ensuring strict adherence to safety standards, and working collaboratively with the project team to meet project deadlines. Additional responsibilities involve troubleshooting equipment issues, documenting project details, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in operating and maintaining hydro demolition and or concrete cutting equipment
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and protocols with proven commitment to workplace safety
  • Mechanical skills for troubleshooting and basic equipment repair
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with project teams
  • Physical fitness to perform manual labor and work in demanding environments
  • Previous experience in hydro demolition, concrete cutting, or related construction work
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, CDL is a plus
  • Random Drug Test and Background Check
  • Must be US Citizen
