Position: Maintenance Manager

Term: Direct hire

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our facilities and equipment. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal functionality, safety, and efficiency across all maintenance activities, while leading a team of skilled technicians and coordinating with other departments to support production and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the maintenance team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and facility issues in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and procurement of tools and spare parts.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and other departments to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role in [manufacturing, industrial, facilities, etc.].
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • [Optional] Certifications such as CMRP, PMP, or OSHA are a plus.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
