About the Role: Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering their questions, assisting with insurance inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Sales Support: Assist with client renewals, policy changes, and other insurance products. Flexible Tasks: Answer and make phone calls to clients, maintaining a professional and friendly manner. System Proficiency: Utilize agency software and other computer systems to manage client accounts, update information, and document interactions. Professional Development Opportunity: Actively pursue growth in the insurance industry and take on additional certifications to enhance your career and earning potential.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Insurance License: Must obtain a Life Insurance License prior to starting (the cost is fully reimbursed).
  • Self-Motivated & Positive Attitude: A proactive mindset with a strong desire to grow professionally.
  • Team-Oriented: Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Computer Skills: Comfortable with technology, including answering calls, using agency software, and navigating different systems.
  • Commitment to Growth: Eagerness to pursue additional certifications, with reimbursement and raise opportunities after completion.

Pay range and compensation package: Pay: $41,600.00 - $52,000.00 per year
