As an Operations Specialist, you’ll serve as a vital link between our customers and our internal teams, driving both new opportunities and growth with existing accounts. This role requires a strong operational mindset, the ability to develop effective solutions, and a focus on compliance and excellence. Success in this role comes from balancing autonomy with collaboration, bringing professionalism, energy, and a positive, inclusive attitude to everything you do.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with shippers—introducing them to our world-class logistics solutions.
  • Manage the full cycle of the operations including quoting complex projects, booking and seeing them through to completion.
  • Hunt and develop freight opportunities, with a focus on small to mid-sized businesses in both domestic and international markets.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in logistics is a plus, but not required.
  • Background in Supply Chain, International Business, or Project Management preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of logistics processes, systems, and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License required.
