Job Title: Marketing Manager – Lifecycle Programs

Location: Remote working PST hours

Department: Marketing

Reports To: Director of Marketing

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager – Lifecycle Programs to lead strategic marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, retention, and growth across multiple channels. As the first-level manager, you’ll oversee a high-performing team, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the successful execution of data-driven campaigns that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of lifecycle marketing programs from strategy through deployment and analysis.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Identify key customer insights and data needed to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage multi-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, direct mail, and in-product messaging.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Segment Marketers, Product Managers, Analytics, Creative, and Agency partners to deliver impactful programs.
  • Set KPIs and analyze performance metrics to evaluate success, optimize campaigns, and guide future strategies.
  • Manage A/B testing strategies and analyze results in partnership with analytics teams.
  • Direct the development of campaign briefs, timelines, creative assets, and legal/compliance reviews.
  • Oversee relationships with external vendors and ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing programs.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of marketing professionals; provide feedback, guidance, and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Stay current with market trends, customer behavior, and new technologies to inform ongoing strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle or multi-channel marketing, with a proven track record of managing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle stages and how to drive engagement and retention across them.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess business problems, size opportunities, and build scalable marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms for campaign automation, segmentation, and tracking.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance measurement and A/B testing.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing external vendors and creative teams.
