Job Title: Medical Assistant (Full-Time, Contract)

Location: Whittier, CA

Job Type: Ongoing Contract (W2, Weekly Pay)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to provide both front and back office support in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and oversee check-in/check-out processes.
• Prepare medical charts, update patient data, and ensure readiness for appointments.
• Conduct patient interviews, measure vital signs, and document visit reasons.
• Administer treatments, medications, and explain medical procedures.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, handle follow-ups, and reconcile co-payments.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program required.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills may be required.
