Our client is seeking a Senior Real Estate Paralegal to support legal operations related to commercial property transactions, lease administration, and development projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in navigating complex real estate matters in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review leases, REAs, and related documents for exclusives, use restrictions, and critical terms.
• Conduct due diligence on lease provisions including relocation, co-tenancy, and termination rights.
• Draft legal documents such as amendments, purchase agreements, and CC&Rs.
• Coordinate title/survey reviews and resolve issues for title insurance.
• Research property ownership and diagram fee/leasehold interests.
• Support shopping center sales with due diligence and buyer responses.
• Maintain transaction records, closing binders, and department files.
• Manage escrow and prepare closing documents.
• Assist with estoppels, easements, and development agreements.
• Maintain internal databases and development memos.
• Notarize documents or obtain commission.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
• 5+ years of Real Estate Paralegal Experience
• Bachelors degree.

***This role is hybrid; 4 days a week on-site, 1 day remote.
