Role
We are looking for a part-time Model Scout to join our team. A Model Scout is primarily responsible for identifying and recruiting potential models for us to promote and develop. The position entails proactively identifying and seeking the best channels from which to source potential models, then approaching them and generating interest
The ideal candidate would have the following attributes:
·A strong interest in the fashion industry and familiarity with sites like models.com and Vogue Runway.
·An outgoing and confident personality.
·Organized with excellent follow-through skills.
·Creative and resourceful.
· Basic Photography skills
·Ability to travel and attend events as needed.
·Knowledgeable about and comfortable using Adobe Photoshop, and Word processing. Computer savvy.
·Willing to occasionally work evenings and weekends
·Able to learn quickly and pick up on competitive ideas.
·Willing to pitch in and help wherever needed.
·Ability to multitask, organize, and complete projects expediently.
·A self-starter who would be actively involved in coming up with new ideas for SMG's success.
