Are you friendly and enthusiastic? Do you love engaging with customers? Or maybe you have a knack for closing a sale? Whatever your skill set is, we have the job for you! The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions. You will be responsible for showing and leasing apartment homes to prospective residents.

Job Duties Include:

• Answering phones, making coffee, filing, and other administrative tasks
• Assisting residents and submitting service requests
• Touring the community and showing apartment homes
• Leasing and selling available apartment inventory
• Helping complete application and lease paperwork
• Supporting marketing efforts as needed
• Assisting with community events and resident retention initiatives

Requirements:

• Prior Resident Services Coordinator experience is a plus
• Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, OneSite, BlueMoon)
• Basic Fair Housing knowledge preferred – Tomorrow’s Talent™ course may be required
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic and dependable
• Willingness to assist with community projects
• Friendly and customer service-oriented approach
