Job Description

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic law firm in Wilkesboro, North Carolina. This role is perfect for individuals who have the flexibility to work varied hours , ideally someone who can work independently and is comfortable with the responsibilities of administrative tasks. The position is temporary with the potential to be long-term based on workload and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Requesting and following up on medical records.
  • Sending experience letters.
  • Filing and organizing documents.
  • Utilizing MS Office for various administrative tasks.
  • Working independently without reception duties.

Qualifications

  • At least an Associate's degree or equivalent certifications and experience.
  • Experience in an office environment and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Required Work Hours

The work schedule is flexible, with possibilities such as 4 hours per day, 5 days a week, or 3 hours daily, to be discussed with the right candidate. The position is strictly in-office, not hybrid or remote.
