  • Execute small-scale improvement projects involving recipe changes, equipment modifications, or new process validation.
  • Lead and participate in design of experiments (DOE), statistical testing, and reporting to refine process outcomes.
  • Ensure safety protocols and protective systems are always active and functioning as intended.
  • Update training documentation and support onboarding of new technicians and operators.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration between maintenance, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.

  • At least 6 months of hands-on technical experience in an industrial or automated environment.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, statistical controls, and troubleshooting of production equipment.
  • Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude with willingness to learn new systems.
  • Comfortable working rotating shifts and in fast-paced settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

  • 2+ years in a semi- or fully automated production environment.
  • Knowledge of PLC systems, HMI interfaces, pneumatics, hydraulics, sensors, VFDs , or vision inspection systems.

Compensation & Benefits:
