Title: Process Technician

Location: Tualatin, OR (Onsite Role Graveyard Shift)

Contract position

Job Description:

• Conduct technical tests and experiments for process engineering within the Research and Development (R&D) department.
• Set up processing equipment for experiments.
• Monitor, audit, and provide guidance to line operators during operations.
• Execute process test runs and prepare records, charts, and graphs of the results to present to engineering teams for identifying yield issues or testing new products.
• Offer technical support to process development and engineering teams.

Requirements:

• Preferably has clean room experience and the ability to work in such an environment while wearing a "Bunny Suit".
• 2-3 years of experience with silicon wafer handling is preferred.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong ability to communicate clearly, understand, and deliver detailed pass-downs for efficient lab operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capable of working both independently and within a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Education: A high school diploma or GED is required; a college degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

Pay for this position is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. As a contractor, you may also be eligible for health benefits such as health, dental, and vision as well as access to a 401K plan.
