Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER for a confidential real estate development and construction company in the Tampa, FL area.

REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary for the Real Estate Development Project Manager is $200,000.00 per year and total compensation including benefits, retirement, allowances and bonus' far exceed the stated salary.

Real Estate Development Project Manager Duties and Responsibilitis

  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of mixed-use real estate development projects.
  • Role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of the real estate industry.
  • Responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, as well as managing relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in each project.
  • Responsible for conducting feasibility studies, preparing project proposals, and securing necessary permits and approvals.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee real estate development projects.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and prepare project proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Real Estate Development Project Manager Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management within the commercial real estate industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of zoning laws, building codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling and pro formas.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
