Responsibilities :
- Analyze and map business requirements, processes, and objectives to develop necessary product modifications.
- Understand client requirements, provide solutions and functional specifications, and implement technical components accordingly.
- Collaborate with the business and IT to analyze and define business requirements, processes, and objectives to scope projects and deliverables.
- Lead architecture discussions within IT and with Business and internal/external subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Assist in developing the overall project plan and individual work plans; act as a liaison with the business for troubleshooting and resolution.
- Implement, customize, and test solutions and develop specific enhancements to meet business requirements as needed.
- Facilitate communication between business and technology stakeholders to ensure desired business outcomes are met.
- Provide ongoing troubleshooting and support after go-live.
- Drive business value and successful outcomes by helping the business understand how to best leverage, implement, and sustain the solution.
- Provide thought leadership and resolution of complex issues in projects.
- Create Technical Design Documents (TDD) and Unit Test documents for the technical solutions being implemented.
Experience :
- Key qualifying experience in following: ABAP, HANA, Fiori.
- Minimum of 10 years development experience.
- Demonstrated experience in ABAP RICEFW: Forms (SAP Scripts / Smart Forms/Adobe Forms), Reports (ALV / Classical), Interfaces (ALE/IDOC, BAPI), Conversions (LSMW/BDC), Enhancements (User Exits, Dynpro, BADI, Enhancement Spots), Object Oriented ABAP.
- Experience w/ CDS, OData & AMDP
- Front End Development with SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery; Developing OData services using ABAP.
- Implementing Fiori Architecture that includes a full end to end deployment including Fiori apps.
- Experience defining software components/stacks, OS/DB/network requirements, security requirements for both Fiori Frontend and backend systems.
- Should be proficient in developing Enterprise System Repository (ESR) and Interface Registry (IR) objects, Graphical and Java mapping and proficient on XML Technologies.
- Ought to have done at least 3 SAP Implementations / Rollout projects.
- Familiarity on the basic business processes with any of the following Functional Areas: Financials and Logistics (OTC, P2P, IM, etc)
- Experience with integration to Oracle and other legacy systems using 3rd party adapters.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and the technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes an understanding for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Developing strategy; as well as writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently; to and/or for all levels of audiences, internal staff, and management, such as presentation slides; change management plans and/or project plans; workshops and whitepapers; methodologies and tools; policies and procedures; and/or other standard business communications.
Other Qualifications and Competencies:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Previous experience in a team lead role with a track record of providing mentorship and leadership.
- Proficiency in using SAP Process Orchestration (PI/PO) to design and develop Application to Application (A2A) and Business to Business (B2B) integrations.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP.
- Understanding of business processes in the Retail Industry.
- Knowledge of SAP Retail solution portfolio and product strategy.
- Understanding of SAP technologies, database platforms, and integration platforms.
- First-hand project experience within SAP S/4HANA is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of integration points between SAP CAR and POS applications.

- Ability to work effectively in an office environment
- Ability to work a four day in office hybrid schedule as established by the organization
