Hacienda Del Sol Guest Ranch Resort is an historic luxury resort located at the foothills of the Catalina Mountains in Tucson, Arizona. Job Summary: The Server at Hacienda Del Sol Resort is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests. This individual will take food and beverage orders, serve food and drinks, and handle cash and credit card transactions. The server must also possess a thorough knowledge of the menu offerings and be able to make food and wine recommendations to guests. Responsibilities:

Greet guests and take food and beverage orders
Ensure accuracy in taking orders and offer suggestions/recommendations
Deliver food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
Check on guests periodically to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Handle guest complaints or issues with utmost professionalism
Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role required
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food and beverage menu items
Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
