The perfect candidate loves everything wine and is fluent in it—from intricate knowledge of grapes and the regions they grow in to an instinctive sense of timing for bringing out a wine’s finest moment. You also love talking about wine, and the nuances of pairing it with food. About you...
Passionate about wine and guest service and a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.
A sommelier certification is required and a post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
Advanced knowledgeable of wine, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
