Job Description

Day to Day:

• Post and manage job postings across all platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, internal job board)

• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate candidate assessments

• Schedule interviews and manage logistics with hiring managers

• Own the candidate experience from first contact through offer

• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate progress

• Draft offer letters and initiate background checks

• Track hiring metrics and assist in developing recruitment reports

• Represent the company at job fairs and support local outreach initiatives

• Collaborate with the HR Supervisor to forecast hiring needs based on business growth

• Assist with employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, promotions, transfers, terminations)

• Maintain employee records and ensure timely data entry into the HRIS system

• Respond to employee inquiries related to policies, benefits, and procedures

• Support compliance and documentation related to I-9s, E-Verify, and audits

• Help facilitate employee engagement programs and recognition efforts

• Support internal communication initiatives and policy updates

• Assist in the coordination of performance reviews, employee surveys, and training logistics

• Participate in investigations and employee relations matters as appropriate

Position Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and HR support roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience in place of degree

• Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and Texas labor laws

• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills within and outside the organization

• Proficiency in the use of ATS platforms, HRIS systems, MS Office applications, Google Suite applications, and additional related software knowledge

• Strong ability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously

• Critical thinking, evaluation, and analytical skills

• Bilingual in English/Spanish is required
