SUMMARY
The Warehouse Associate will support the company’s warehouse operations. The Warehouse Associate is involved in picking and packing of orders, receiving, loading/unloading and various warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process, package and ship orders accurately.
• Ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
• Organize stock and maintain inventory.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Organize and clean warehouse space.
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Abide by all company safety and warehouse regulations and SOPs.
• Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehouse procedure.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Specialized Skills, Abilities, & Experience)
High school diploma required, minimum of 1-3 years of warehouse experience, including:
• Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, RF Gun and tablet, and other warehouse equipment.
• Strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail.
• Commitment to customer service as it relates to product fulfillment.
• Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to maintain a courteous and positive relationship with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to lift or move heavy products.
