Job Description

We are searching for Business Analyst, Sr on behalf of our client. This is a 1 yr. contract assignment. (W-2) We are looking for a professional with NERC O&P standards compliance experience that would be officed out of the office in Austin, TX with strong technical knowledge and writing skills.

Key role experience with a NERC regional entity or a regional transmission organization a plus

• Familiarity with compliance software tools and platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop/modify internal North American Electric Reliability Corporation’s (NERC) procedures for Operations, and Planning as assigned
• Update and submit personnel changes to the Compliance and Excellence (C&E) Team’s Roles and Responsibility (R&R) matrix for all NEET operating companies
• Support migration of procedures to NEET’s new Document Management platform
• Reliability Standard Audit Worksheet (RSAW) creation and modification that results in a quality audit ready document
• Sustainability Assessments evidence reviews and coordination with Subject Matter Experts, as assigned
• Other duties as assigned, such as MIDAS reporting and support Order 881 Ambient Adjusted Ratings implementation readiness, as required

Preferred Experiences:

• Engineering degree required
• 3+ years’ experience in NERC operations and planning experience, or utility compliance, building and executing a NERC O&P compliance program
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
