Job Title: Data & Analytics Consulting Partner

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Data & Analytics Consulting Partner to collaborate directly with clients’ Chief Data Officers (CDO) or Chief Analytics/Data & AI Officers (CDAO). This individual will shape enterprise-wide data and analytics strategies, guide execution through architecture and roadmaps, and drive large-scale transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep consulting experience, strong domain knowledge in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), and a proven ability to influence executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic advisor to client CDOs/CDAOs, shaping enterprise data and analytics strategies and converting them into actionable architecture and implementation plans.
• Drive and support large-scale data and analytics transformation engagements, including multi-million-dollar deals in both proactive and reactive sales cycles.
• Develop solution pitches, thought leadership, and points of view to support new business opportunities.
• Define data and technology architecture across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments using both native and partner toolsets, aligned with client objectives.
• Lead and participate in architecture reviews with internal and client teams.
• Oversee enterprise data management, integration, warehousing, and delivery activities across programs and projects.
• Analyze client data ecosystems to identify gaps, assess maturity, and recommend improvements.
• Advise on training, technology, and organizational changes to enhance data use and value realization.
• Engage and build trusted relationships with client CXOs and senior data leaders to align strategies with business goals.
• Create transformation roadmaps and data-driven business solutions to drive measurable outcomes.
• Lead pre-sales and proposal efforts, supporting business development through consulting-led initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 20+ years of experience, with at least 10 years in data and analytics consulting, advisory, pre-sales, or practice leadership roles.
• Proven experience building and executing enterprise data strategies, preferably in client-facing CDO/CDAO-type engagements.
• Strong background in BFSI industries with an ability to align data initiatives to business priorities.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, business acumen, and consultative leadership.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills—especially with senior/executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience interfacing with both external stakeholders (CXOs, senior data leaders, partners) and internal teams (sales, delivery, solution architects).
• Strong understanding of data architecture, analytics platforms, cloud technologies, and digital transformation levers.
• A track record of revenue generation, influencing downstream business, and maintaining billable strategic engagements.
• Willingness to participate as a speaker or panelist in industry events and lead customer workshops and proposal discussions.
