Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Part-Time personal assistant for a celebrity. This hybrid role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable wearing many hats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle errands and scheduling appointments
  • Coordinate travel and create detailed itineraries
  • Manage calendars, emails, and day-to-day communication
  • Provide secretarial support, including dictation
  • Assist with social media management (a plus)
  • Support website management; familiarity with AI tools is a bonus

Qualifications:

  • Must be based in Los Angeles (Westside strongly preferred)
  • Strong secretarial and organizational skills
  • Fast typing and excellent written communication
  • Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, and general tech tools
  • Experience managing websites; social media experience is a plus

Details:

  • Part-time position
  • Hybrid schedule (remote + in-person as needed)
