We are working with our client, Epilepsy Foundation New England (EFNE) with a key leadership opportunity for a President / CEO to join the team responsible for the overall leadership, management and strategic direction of the organization.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President/CEO will provide visionary leadership, cultivate a positive organizational culture, and ensure EFNE achieves its mission and strategic goals while maintaining fiscal integrity.
As a confident, energetic, and highly professional leader, the CEO will be entrepreneurial-minded and a creative problem-solver. The CEO will bring a breadth of experience and knowledge to the organization, yet remain open to learning from the staff, our members, and the community. Key duties include fundraising, financial management, Board relations, organizational management, and external relations.
