Endless Foundation, an organization that believes in the power of games to change the world, is seeking a Programmatic Grants Lead to join their mission-driven team.

This is a strategic and relationship-driven role at the intersection of games, learning and social impact. As Programmatic Grants Lead, you'll design and lead funding strategies, ensuring that funding not only supports individual organizations but also aligns partners toward a shared vision—creating a synergistic network that advances game-based learning and game creation as an educational tool.

You'll be a connector—bringing together educators, developers, and changemakers to amplify collective impact.

Location: While remote/hybrid, the team is generally based in the San Francisco/NYC area

What You’ll Do

• Strategic Grantmaking: Lead and evolve our grants strategy, balancing support for high-impact existing work with targeted initiatives that align with our mission and theory of change. Oversee the full lifecycle of grants and/or related investments and develop metrics to assess effectiveness and share insights across the ecosystem.
• Build Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with mission-aligned organizations, helping them integrate resources and build toward shared goals.
• Shape an Ecosystem of Impact: Drive collaboration across grantees—connecting game developers, educators, employers and learning platforms to create synergies.
• Evaluate & Share Impact: Oversee the full grant lifecycle, track outcomes, and surface insights that strengthen the entire ecosystem.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years’ experience grantmaking, program strategy, and partnership building in education, technology, or game-based learning sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree Required, Advanced Degree in related field preferred
• Passion for the power of games as tools for education, creativity, skills development and social change.
• Experience curating events in collaboration with foundations and nonprofit organizations
• Knowledge of managing the due diligence process and financial analysis in accordance with compliance requirements
• Strategic thinking with ability to see how different initiatives can interconnect to create something greater than the sum of its parts.
• Be a natural connector, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders including nonprofit leaders, game designers, educators, and funders alike.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a great sense of humor
• Experience with Salesforce
• Located in San Franscico or New York City
