Job Description

OVERVIEW:

TalentoHC has partnered with a leading travel and hospitality company to find a QA Specialist who will lead the evolution of our digital ecosystem. The position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, and operations, to define and execute initiatives that align with our strategic goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute manual and/or automated QA testing during each development sprint, validating new features and enhancements across the website.

• Lead comprehensive UAT cycles in the 4–6 weeks prior to site launch, documenting issues, verifying fixes, and ensuring readiness for go-live.
• Develop and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and QA documentation aligned to business and technical requirements.
• Track, triage, and report bugs using JIRA or similar tools; ensure clear reproduction steps and priority tagging.
• Validate site functionality across multiple browsers, devices, and screen sizes (desktop, mobile, tablet).
• Collaborate with internal teams to validate CMS functionality, ecommerce flows, cruise search filters, and customer journeys.
• Partner with stakeholders to validate analytics tags, third-party integrations, and performance benchmarks.
• Participate in daily standups, sprint reviews, and cross-functional QA checkpoints.

REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on web and responsive/mobile testing.

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, BrowserStack, or similar QA/test case management systems.
• Familiarity with CMS-driven websites and ecommerce platforms.
• Location: Remote or Hybrid (Preferred: Los Angeles or Pacific Time Zone)
• Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)
• Start Date: ASAP (June/July 2025)
• Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
