We are hiring a part-time, onsite Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) Specialist in South St. Paul, MN for the 2025–2026 school year.

Position Overview

• Role: Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) Specialist
• Location: South St. Paul, Minnesota
• Type: Part-time, 0.5 FTE (20 hours a week)
• Grade Range: Middle School
• 2025-2026 school year
• Coordinate an MTSS program at a middle school
• Provide instruction in a welcoming, safe, and meaningful environment for students
• Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and school-based initiatives
• Support student growth with evidence-based practices and interventions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
• Valid Minnesota teaching license in a Special Education field (Tier 2-4)
• Preference for someone with special education or academic intervention experience
